Terms of Service

Every bag is always for sale. You set the ask. When yours sells, you're paid, minus a 10% bagholding fee.

1. What you're buying

21bags.io, operated by P2P.AI, Inc., sells advertising space as a fixed set of exactly 21 bags of varying sizes, held inside one illustrated pouch (the "Bag"). A purchase gives you the right to display, on one bag, one image, one coin link, one optional slogan, and an optional owner name and link, subject to these Terms. You are buying advertising placement, not property, a security, a token, a crypto asset or any financial instrument. 21bags.io accepts payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and USDC through Stripe; it never takes custody of crypto, and the platform balance is always held in US dollars.

2. No permanence: every bag is always for sale

Your bag may be bought by a third party at any time at its posted price (your ask: what you paid plus the increase you set, up to double). When that happens, the bag transfers to the buyer and you are paid your ask minus the bagholding fee, as described in Section 6. You may lose your bag this way; this is the product's core mechanic and is not a removal, breach or refund event. A bag bought out of your hands is retired to its history.

3. Prices, asks and the bagholding fee

Open bags cost the initial ask for their size, shown on the site. When you buy, you set your ask: any whole-dollar amount from 125% to 200% of what you paid (default 150%). Your ask is set at purchase. Buyers pay exactly the posted price, with no buyer-side fees. When your bag sells, 21bags.io deducts a 10% bagholding fee from the sale price and pays you the remainder; the bagholding fee also covers payment processing and payout-rail costs. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Coins and links

Every bag holds one coin chosen from the coin index, and links to that coin's CoinGecko page. You may also add one optional owner link (a website or an @handle), shown on your bag; it is screened for safety before it appears and may be removed if it later fails screening. No other URLs may be entered. If a coin is delisted you may contact us to re-pick a coin. 21bags.io is not affiliated with CoinGecko or any listed coin.

5. Content rules and removal rights

You may not upload content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, promotes malware or scams, or impersonates 21bags.io or any other entity. You confirm you have the right to use any image you upload. We may remove or replace any image, and remove any bag that violates these Terms or the law, at our sole discretion and without notice. A bag removed for a violation reverts to open at its size's initial ask, and no refund is due.

6. Payouts

When your bag is sold, a payout equal to your ask minus the 10% bagholding fee is recorded for the email on your bag. After a hold period of 7 days (chargeback protection), we email you a claim link. Claiming requires connecting a bank account or a crypto (USDC) wallet through Stripe Connect, which handles identity verification and tax reporting; we never hold your funds outside Stripe. Payout claim terms: claim links are personal to your email; payouts unclaimed 90 days after release convert to site credit after a final notice; payees in countries Stripe Connect doesn't support receive site credit at 110% of the payout; payouts tied to a disputed or refunded charge are frozen until the dispute is resolved. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. A bag is placed the moment you pay, and any owner you buy from is owed their payout at once, so we do not refund completed purchases. The one exception is automatic: if your payment succeeds but we cannot place the bag (for example, it changed price before we reached it), we refund you in full automatically (in USDC to the originating wallet for USDC payments). 8. Edits and your email

Your email is your identity on 21bags.io: it receives your receipts, sale notices and payout claims. Keep that inbox.

9. Not financial advice; no affiliation

21bags.io is an advertising platform. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not endorse, verify or vouch for any coin or project that appears in the Bag, and we are not affiliated with CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap or any other price site, or with any listed coin. Crypto assets are volatile; do your own research.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid 21bags.io in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, third-party sites, or the actions of other buyers (including buying your bag).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
